Who was that little piss ant that went him after a goal? How ******* dumb can you be? Yeah let’s fire Pendles up lol.
It was Matt Owies, chances are that's the only thing his AFL career will be remembered for.

Lol, absolute tool, ‘Let’s poke the bear’ lol, seriously though it just adds to the enjoyment of beating those tools, taking the league to court and getting off on a technicality, karma.

Read their board, free kicks were missed everywhere, only to them though, no mention of the 3rd qtr frees, they were all fair.

Best part was reading our previous game against them, they were going to knock us out of the 8 whilst securing top spot, you couldn’t make this shit up if you tried.

Thanks for the memories lol.

Maybe next year guys hahahhhahhahahaahhaha.

If Pendlebury wasn't such a student of the game it would have been a great chance to whip out "who the * are you?"

Wasn’t a great skipper mate.

Won the Copeland and was AA vice captain in his first year.

Captained Victoria and won the EJ and Copeland in 97.

Captained a poor team, but was a great captain.

You all know I bang on about Pendles, and for good reason.

We are unknowingly, as not just Pie fans but the whole footy world in general extremely lucky to have such a player playing the game.

I'll keep repeating this fact.

There never has been and likely may never be in future a player that can predict (usually correctly) where and when the ball, the opposition and his team mates will be BEFORE it happens as well as this player.

Not up for debate, no ifs buts or maybes.

He has this innate ability like no other ever seen and maybe never see again.

Let's be honest Scotty is not blessed with leg speed, which even more so emphasizes what I've bolded above.

So I say to you all, and to ALL football fans in general, enjoy it while it lasts, there may never be another.

Really? I think he was victim of Tony Shaw the coach as much as anything

I don't think it would have mattered who coached us post Lethal, the Club wasn't run too well and we didn't really handle the transition to full-time footy too well.

Indeed! I only just realised that we had Crisp, Pendles, Coxy and Fin on the bench in the last minutes! I realise that Pendles was off for a blood rule but thought Crispy and perhaps Coxy would have been on the ground in the finals moments to provide something...

It’s easy to overlook how insane his game was because we lost.

He had the most disposals on the ground at 34 years old.

In the last bit of play that won the Cats the game, he almost pinned one of the Geelong players for HTB (Guthrie or Duncan). They just managed to squeeze out.

They wouldn't have paid it anyway.

But I agree, he is a king. May he reign for years to come.
