Round 11 vs West Coast is a no brainer.

It's a home game, so the festivities can be dictated on our terms rather than say against Geelong (away) and we can get as many Collingwood supporters through the gate as possible.

Given the match is scheduled to begin at 4.35pm, it would be a great nod to have the first 'bounce' at 4.33pm instead.

Has Pendles also been our greatest ever finals players?
Hard to call when we have players that have multiple premiership medals, albeit from nearly a century ago. He is the greatest Collingwood player (by almost every measure) in the modern era, circa 1970s onwards.

I feel privileged that I been able to witness Pendles, along with Bucks, and a couple of Daicos' (Peter and Nick).

Crisp has been voted best finals player a few times hasn't he?

I believe the highest rated finals players are Dusty, Swanny and Crisp.

But I stand to be corrected there

Ayers was pretty good

No no, I wasn't trying to give an opinion.

Each year around finals time, the stat is always discussed and if I recall correctly, the last time the stat was shown, those were the top 3 I think. But I could be wrong. This was some time ago.

I think you’re right and the criteria was since 2012 or something

Based on yersterday's form he'd be resigned for next year.... there's another 20+ games (plus finals!)
He’s never been a burst player from stoppage and when he can just control things like a conductor through the middle like Saturday his value to the side is still immense even in his quieter days. Having a career high in your 431st game is just taking the piss. What next? Kicks 7 in his record game? 😂

Pendlebury has played a total of 70 games against Carlton and Essendon combined. (Carlton 34 & Essendon 36).

For a record of 50 wins, 1 draw and 19 loses.
(Carlton 26 W, 8L & Essendon 24 W, 1D, 11L).

He has absolutely dominated these two clubs.

The amount of drama that stupid little hyphen must have caused throughout history would be staggering. Imagine how many blokes have quit their jobs only to find out they still work there
The classic was when we were all waiting for Bucks to re-sign and eventually Michael Felgate announces that he has resigned. I think there was another journo who ran with the blooper too.
