The Royals had a massive win against the Furies last week giving a huge boost to their percentage and lifting them to 2nd on the ladder. With new recruits and experienced heads taking the club into S36 expect big things from the Royals this season on and off field. This is their first home game of the season so their supporters will be cheering to the sounds of booming mint drumsticks.

Last Week:
Fighting Furies 4.8 (32) defeated by Gold City Royals 16/15 (111) LINK

The Gumbies had a great off season bringing in several new players and their captain is one of the most respected work horses in the League taking on the ladder thread, tipping thread and helping out in many ways behind the scenes. Hopefully the sim will reward his dedication and recruiting efforts and the Gumbies can once again play finals and perhaps go all the way. Last week they won against the Roys in a low scoring game, they will have to play hard though because right now they sit 10th on the ladder and their percentage needs a boost with a big win or 2.
