Media Season 38 Posting Analysis

I won’t deny the underlying issue is inactivity. Unfortunately there seems to be a small percentage of active posters. We don’t want one or two clubs grabbing all the good active players or it’s going to be even worse again. There’s nothing worse than a match thread with only one team posting. It’s happening too much already. It’s not the OOBS fault other teams are inactive. But I recently asked the question about recruiting a certain player from another club, and my LG team quickly shot me down because of the concern on how much weaker that team would become (considering it is already weak). We definitely are no saints in this league but it was a good call.
Maybe we should stop player movements around clubs for a few seasons and let the leadership groups earn their money.

Individual Posters
Now that we have done a solid overview of the season lets take a look at the top individual posters across the league.

Now Senor M, you may be shouting 'Quantity isn't Quality', and you would be correct. So let me correct myself, lets take a look at the top spammiest individual posters across the league!

Top 20 Posters By The Numbers (1).png

Let's firstly have a look at the top 20 posters by the numbers and it's no surprise that DemurePrincess tops the chart for another season having chatted across two separate clubs this season. It's the more than 1000 post gap that is the damning part with their trade partner, Pugsley sitting second.

The Old Boys have five current posters, one poster that started the season there and at least one future poster in the top 20 with Robertio, Braklet, Irish BlueBagger, and Mrs Turbo joining Pugsley inside the top 20.

Controversial rookie, Raz, is third across the league joining their co-captains damicky (14th) and philreich (19th) on the board.

Other well-represented clubs include the Demons (3: Gralin, Wosh, and cats2rise) and Wonders (4: BFew, ClarkeM, Pamcake1, and AnUltimateRessie). Tonga Bob sits inside the top 10 for the Warriors and T2B_ seemingly did the heavy lifting for the Dragons this season. Kilroy also joins their current and former teammates.

Individual Centuries (2).png

There was 87 times that Sweet F.A posters recorded 100 posts or more in a match thread. The top three to do it spent time on the Old Boys list this season with Pugsley sitting outright on top by one week recording just a single week without hitting the 100 post mark. DemurePrincess is just behind the pug even though they recorded a higher post count across the season. Robertio lags quite the way behind her but rounds out the top three.

Mobbs, BFew, and Raz are the next three in the top 10 centuries, all one after the other. Raz in particular recorded all their centuries before round 7 and then was seemingly muzzled.

Tonga Bob, Gralin, and Wosh all sit equally on four. Cap and kenneyswarriors weren't in the top 20 posters this season but recorded 100 posts or more three times each.

Highest Match Thread %'s Of Their Club.png

It's no doubt that sometimes being part of a less active club can be tough at times but applaud needs to be given to those that show up week in week out just to cop the same old activity banter.

ShaunDuggan and James Colorado have put in a mountain of work at the Furies this season to take 70.7% of their clubs posting this season.

T2B_ sits second for the Dragons who linked up with fellow dragon Bonz for a combined 65.3% of their clubs posting. GWS Goose and Falconista link up at the Gumbies but only for a combined 45.4%.

Mobbs and Raz sits in the 30-35% range at the Roys and Swamprats, respectively.

Tonga Bob has done the heavy lifting at the Warriors with a 7.5% gap to the next best and DemurePrincess carried 23.6% of the Bombers posting even though she joined mid-season.

More to come...

70% is a crazy number for 2 posters

Fold the Furies.

I'm very surprised that Pugsley was only sitting.

DemurePrincess = Pugsley +????

We tried that one weekend when the Rats came to the Colosseum, by putting a trap door just inside the Rats toilets.

Alas, the Rats were all very well conditioned to living in the Colosseum sewers, and quickly made their way to the surface in time for kick-off.

Albeit a little bit smellier than normal.

Hey Raz
Can i have Pamcake1 muzzle back please.
Just asking for a friend 😜

Disclaimer: I am in no way suggesting that any Wonder's player had anything to do with attempting to muzzle Raz.
