Second quarters

We have only won two seconds quarters all year (we lost yesterday's).

Not sure what to make of that other than its a pretty piss poor result. I trust this is known at the club and is trying to be addressed.

True but two out of 12 is surprisingly bad. We have won 8 first quarters for example.

I agree Peejay. Good to see we are winning first quarters though when I remember last year IIRC we were often well behind quite often early in games.

We have won the most 3rd quarters of anyone in the league and are equal second for 1st quarters (with an extra game played over 12 teams mind you) so maybe we are a lot more composed with coaching instructions ringing in the ears.

It feels like our third quarters have been the best for the last couple of years.

IMO losing 2nd quarters aint the issue, minimizing the blood flow when we lose them is.
Its pretty clear the brains trust are targeting the quarters that matter and 3rd matters big time..in the overall scheme of things in winning a game of footy..
