OK, thought it was about time to repeat the team voting process from last year to select an AFC consensus starting-18 + 4 interchange players.

All you need to do is select your 5 starting midfielders for AFC next year.

There will be another thread where you select 6 forwards, 6 backmen & 1 ruckman, so think about your whole team 1st as no player should be selected twice.

We have an excess of HBF's - Begley, Torney, Doughty, Massie, etc - yet we need to develop youngsters in the midfield - Reilly is the #1 player we need to develop in the midfield in 2005 as we need his class where it matters most,

I'm with you Stiffy. We need to mix up our experienced & younger midfielders next year.

I would start Roo, Thompson, Edwards, Goodwin & Reilly & rotate with starting forwards McLeod, Johncock & Burton, & also bench players.

I have chosen Roo, Goody, Edwards, Reilly and Bode
McLeod could easily be in there too but I could only vote for 5....

Reilly needs to be in there because he is our future so we need to get him going now....
And I love Bode and never really understood why he doesn't get a game every week.....maybe had something to do with the coach not liking him????

I want to see Thompson play a bit for us before making a decision on him.....
