With Johnson being promised the last 2 games, McVeigh back next and Hocking and Atkinson probably available there could be 4 changes.

And Michael has been promised the last 3 games.

Which four players will miss out.
 
Too many to choose from? A luxury we have never had all season.

Sure Knighta will do the right thing and give JJ a game regardless.

We''ll atleast cop an injury this week and another half a dozen over the next 2 weeks so their is your answer to who goes out.
 
Im glad that Knighter is going to give JJ the last couple of games of the year. The man has been an absolute warrior of the club, and I guess its just unfortunate his last few years have been ruined by injury, but hopefully he can finish his career on a high :)
We are going to be a bloody young list when JJ, Mal and possibly Rama leave at the end of the year. With Fletch to go next year, and Scotty to follow soon after him, Lloydys going to be the last of the 2000 premiership eh? Seems like only yesterday that we were setting records left right and centre.
Hopefully it wont be long til we're doing it again!
 
Hocking is already in the team, and atkinson is not an automatic inclusion.

when did knighta say that jj will play the last two games?
 
He mentioned in today's press conference that he would play the last two games, or at least hinted on it. I hope there is another press conference next week with Rama and Knights announcing this will be Rama's last year. I don't wanna see Rama struggle to get games next year and be involved in media bashing, fan bashing. He has accomplished what he set out to do and get back to play AFL footy. Hang the boots up on a high...

Speaking of Nash, what has happened to his "superb" (not quoting you kelvin) foot skills? Almost every time I see him kick these days it's either a clanger (mainly due to him kicking while walking/running backwards) or a mongrel!! Deserving of a good old fashoined dropping this week. Also can someone please show me some video when he supposedly had good skills. Haven't seen it for the last couple of seasons:thumbsdown:

He does have good kicking skills but he is let down by his decision making at times. He also needs to get a lot fitter than what he is now.

This must have been the post of doom.

Selection will be easier next week with no Dempsey or Fletcher.

Looks like Johnson ( unless injured ) and Mcveigh will return.

Possibly Atkinson and Hocking to return.
 
With the season over it is time to make sure that we do not play any players who are not 100% fit, save them all for next years preseason, lets try and get everyone right for 09.
