Fantastic game yesterday Mayne Tigers & Roos, will sound like a sore loser, but IMO the umpires changed the whole aspect of the game, please not taking anything away from the Tigers.
What l do really want to get the point accross is Congratulations to Mayne on their Humbleness, the help and the Hospitality that their Volunteers gave to Maroochydore was great.. Mayne goodluck for the rest of the season and unfortunetly injuries have hurt you at the business end of the season. Looking forward to watching your success in the future!!

Thanks for the kind words, relieved to get a win on the board yesterday well done Mayne and Maroochy for putting on a thriller! Now Springwood has done us a bit of a favour by beating Surfers and given us a bit of sniff for finals.

Next week we play injury riddled Sandgate side, then followed by Coolangatta and Burgleigh good chance of winning all 3. So if other results fall in our favour, who knows? Finals action for Tigers would be nice!

4 in a row for us and I reckon yesterday was easily the best win. Terrific performance by our boys.

Mayne v Sandgate is massive - you'd reckon the winner would jag 5th. Surfers would need to beat Grange and then us in the make-up match to leapfrog Mayne if they win

Tigers have a few injuries to dont they Tiger? Any due back next week. Sandgate also have a few problems in that area, but the northside derby is always a great game. Caleb Brown away with Country side? 14 in a row for the hawks against Mayne, this one though will be the biggest by far!

Yes we do, but we showed alot of heart without those players against Springwood, Grange and Maroochy. Its a winnable game against the Hawks without some of their big stars, but no way a guaranteed win for us, just a chance. Sandgate have certainly got the wood on us, but the boys have got to not think about that, hoodoos awaysl eventually get broken just pray it's this week

He had an association with Mayne along time a ago i think, he is a former Aspley rover not sure when he finished though.

he played his last game at aspley in 2010. he went overseas for a year.
Thanks Guys! Godd pick up! Pity to see Stevenson injured too. He is important through the midfield as well. All the best guys. Keep that sniff for finals happening!!!

PBC, dont be surprised if Creswell pulls on the boots again with 4 top liners away at Country carnival.
Sandgate
Surfers, not sure the tigers can kick a winning score without Eady at CHF, does a power of work, and Brewster at FF. Surfers obviously must win to stay in hunt and regain credibility.
Grange, who on their day as good as anyone goin.

See QLD country have had a dissapointing carnival. Flogged in all games yesty, but opened their account today against WA. In a playoff for 5th and 6th against WA on Sunday. Interesting to see two former PHC stars in Brauer and Matthews lining up for NSW/ACT, and doing quite well.

Mayne v Sandgate should be a ripper today, both sides fighting for a spot in finals. More of a do or die for mayne, lose Caleb Brown and Falconer, but regain Luke Faulkner and Stevenson. Not sure but, Luke Ferguson and corbin sellen were named in the team as well.

Should be a good match, great rivalry between the 2 clubs for many, many years.:thumbsu:

Not rubbing it in. Mayne 14-12-96 d Sandgate 4-7-31, 7 wins for mthe season so far our best since this comp started previous best was 6 wins in 2005 and 2009. Fingers crossed to make finals, our run home is bye, Cooly and Burleigh. go Tigers

maroochydore reserves won on saturday for the first time in 2 years. pbc were scratching for players, but i am sure they will take the win no matter how it arrives.
