Make a suggestion about something that can be improved or changed; if you can back your suggestion up with logical and rational thinking that will help the club improve then it get discussed, if not someone will have a differing opinion.
If you want to suggest that half the list has been mentioned as trade bait, then that’s a bit far fetched. The only players I can remember being suggested have been Michael Doughty, Ken McGregor and possibly Ian Perrie that’s like 1% of the list.
Ben Hart and Mathew Clarke were very close and seriously contemplating retiring, Rhett Biglands is 30 year old with a knee injury that will side line him for 12 months; take the emotion out of it and logic would suggest that this possibility may have been mentioned behind close door at west lakes.
Nobody wants the Adelaide Football Club to finish bottom and everyone (on this board) wants the Adelaide Football Club to win the premiership next year, it’s just everyone has a different path they would like them to take.
Because that’s the ethos of a football forum.
Agree. And anyone suggesting more than that is just ignoring Craigs philosphy on trade week and preference to develop from the draft.KUNG FU said:I donb't think anyone's suggested more than a couple possible trades each. I think the general mood is that our team is good, but we need to make some clever moves this October/November to secure our position because we are vulnerable. Personally, I'm only interested in 1 or 2 trades, the rest of our list is fine.
