I've been a fan of Path of Exile (currently in Closed Beta, soon to be Open Beta for free) and they recently released a large updated introducing PvP arenas... however, each new patch often introduces new bugs which require minor patches to fix. I found the following interesting, which gives the player community a small insight into what goes on behind the scenes. Grinding Gear Games seem great at communicating with their player base:

We spend a lot of time fixing them prior to actually deploying it to the Beta servers, but some rare ones can get through. Even if they occur one time in 50 (enough that Alpha testers don't notice), that represents a lot of crashes when applied to the larger Beta population. After each of these major patch deployments, we spend a couple of days just fixing the initial stability issues. Today I have a graph to share with you that shows how much of an effect this has.
