I really don't agree with a player being suspended for doing something at his own club's training, but be that as it may, 4 weeks is not as bad as it could have been when you look at some of the crap that gets dished out.

I am happy with 4 weeks as it has highlighted an issue that Carlos has regarding anger. H e will now do anger management, however he has been given a light sentence due to his good record.
Now he is in real trouble if through the year he is reported again because now his record is blemished and they will take that into account. In 2009 if he has the slightest blemish he will pay dearly for it. The Blues can't afford for that to happen so he better get the balance between aggression and tough play in order.
