So the telecast of the final round starts at 11.00pm tonight Australian time due to bad weather forecast. Basically means the leaders will finish around 3.00am. I will be very little value at work tomorrow.

Both Aussies played themselves out of it. Scott’s putting round is as bad as I have seen. Both will need to shoot 66 tomorrow to have any chance. * I hate golf but stupidly I will be up all night watching it.

Amazing, my eyes are popping out of my head this morning but it was worth it.

The Aussies lost it on day 3, Day had a great tournament but was just too far back. 67 on the final day at Augusta though is world class. I worry for Scott now, that putting performance on Saturday and possibly again Sunday (he was hardly shown on the telecast so it is hard to say) will mentally scar him. He is the best ball striker in the world but just can't putt especially with the short stick.

What can you say about Woods, a fairytale comeback. I was thinking last night that when he first came back from the back surgery he looked like an old man. He could hardly move and his swing looked so rigid. He pulled out of many tournaments and I recall at that point thinking he will never win a tournament again let alone a major.

Reckon we just witnessed one of the finest 36 holes in major history. Koepka shot 63 and 65 and sits 7 shots clear against the best golfers in the world. Unbelievable!

A mate of mine who worked locally in Vic scored a job at Muirfield on their groundstaff so I enjoyed it extra special.
