Now I'll be hitting QS up for help/walkthrough but its unfair to expect him to shoulder the load for this PLUS the other work he already does. Thus I'm looking for someone who has more technical skills then myself, willing to admit their non existent, to jump on board and help create one that is similar quality to others on the site.

I'm giving it a crack, but I have serious doubts over my ability to create anything special. Essentially I'm looking for a co-host.

Happy to help walk you through doing it mate. Haven't got time to do anything on it regularly but I could help out with the first one
