I can't tell you the earliest round but I can tell you the earliest clinch with rounds still left to play. The record is held by Southern Dragons who secured a finals berth in Season 10 with six rounds left in the season.

Hey, we were flying last year until the "Curse of Okey" hit. It will be good to get back to the Golden Throne this week. It will always have a home away from home feel and I look forward to having a chud after the game with you Blacky. I'm hoping to see you at the ROYS next season. You are too much of a gun and a jet and a star to stay at the Royals. A natural fit at the ROYS though.
