I've seen many theories attempting to explain Fev's fluctuations in form, mostly to do with his personal life and drinking habbits etc etc... but after reading the reviews of the intra-club match this week (and seeing the pics, thanks SexySquad) I've finally figured it out!

It's all in the SHAG!

Whe he shaved it off he had his Coleman Medal season of 2006, now it's starting to grow back, already his form is down, the negative body language is back....

Please Fev, have a haircut and bring us another (3) Colemans!!! :D

Well it's either that or
bingles young and preety darn hot. (sorta cancels out the box situation)

But i guess she find her man, Michael Clarkes box might be a bit worn too.

I think there's something to it, I've said the same thing about Mcleod and the shaved head. Could be that they're in a mood of not showing off and being unique which leads to better team play.
Or it could be a coincidence.

definently coincidence

Someone get down the club at training one day, an dhave a quiet word to Fev.

Tell him the locks need to go :)

:p

Seriously, he looks better and does play better with short hair :)

Get it off.

His hair is fine so ...

Watch ur ********ing mouth

i agree if fev wants to grow his hair back he can their a fwew other players from differnt clubs whos got worser hair dos then that i wouldn;t be at all surprise if Fev dosn't re introduce the dreadlocks ;)

He was servicable in the practice match, and probably took about 4-5 good marks on the lead. But credit where credit is due, as I really thought Saddington played pretty well on Fev.

A fit and in form Saddington is what we would all love to see, and the couple of times I have seen him this preseason, he has trained and played very very well.

Would love to see him prove some of his critics wrong here on BF.

how is he going to go this year, without his wife to keep him on track?wasn't she responsible for keeping him well behaved and focused during the last season? also, has he totally been ruled out of the captaincy? my memory fails me so late at night after work

Totally agree with this. Many have criticised him based on a season that was cruelled by an incomplete pre-season & further injury woes during the season. This was a player who was a member of Sydney's best 22 before he did the ACL injury. People should wait & see what he does after a normal pre-season & if he can stay free of injury during the home & away season. They may be pleasantly surprised.

He's making alot of noise out on the track which is good, and he is certainly providing a target up in the forward line. However, given the way that Kennedy and Fisher played, we are certainly going to be more than a one trick pony going into the forward line this year.

Fevola may not be as damaging this year, but I feel that our forward line will gel much better as a unit in 2007, and we also have the added benefit of both Ackland and Cloke being able to push forward as well.
