I heard that too, that McKernan will be at the game on standby. Seems odd that he wasn't one of the emergencies. And South is playing today so I assume that means that McKernan could potentially go without a game this weekend.

We're able to do it if we're willing to cop a fine, don't think that'd bother us too much.

My guess is that we thought Westhoff would be second ruck and were happy to play Stevens against him. Now that Lobbe is in, we're not willing to do that.

But why list Griffin as an emergency if we're not going to use him in this exact situation? Bizarre stuff if he gets overlooked, especially for a guy coming off a five day break.
