I heard on channel 10 before that Sheeds is said to have been offered a job for the new Sydney team's head coach. Not sure if there is any great truth behind this, can anyone confirm? Any thoughts?

Agreed. I'd have money on Sheedy to be heading Richmond by the mid-season break!

sheeds had his chance to go to tigerland when he was renegotiating his contract at Essendon a few years ago(which annoyed a few at Punt rd). I think he is getting on a bit to take another full time coaching spot but he is still a great man and no one can deny his abilities
