Another one i've used with great effect, is to buy foam cups, fill them with water and let them freeze over night.
When they're ready use the same technique as the fella with the tennis ball used.
I disagree, it's a very good game, but i think Donkey Kong is the best game ever.

Did you get the job?No kidding... I've been plagued by shinnies on-and-off for several years.
When I'm playing footy/cricket/going for a job I have to tape my feet how the match physio's do. That usually works. But after the pre-season on the rock hard grounds the shinnies really flare up, I'm going to try that technique. Cheers.
EDIT: I never realised rubbing the shinnies out was what you were meant to do, I thought that'd just make it worse. Bloody amature mistake.
