Look...

With Brown and Simmonds back, i think we now have the balance we need.

Our backs especially Polak, Bowden and King have been superb.

Tuck & Tivendale (finally) are delivering good ball. Foley is a freak!!

Our fowards: Richo (career best from), Petts standing up and Tambling and Delidio on the flanks doing their job.

Lets remember, Simmonds is now going to give us something in the centre, and Brown takes the second best defender off Richo which also means Richo doesn't get double teamed,,,, I am excited!!

CARN TIGES!!

My Tip : Tigers by 16 and Richo will improve and kick 3 - 6.

I don't think Simmo will make a difference because he has been injured all year. He has to be 100% fit to match it with most ruckman because he is only 196cm. Will be handy around the ground, but we'll have to wait until next year for him to be more than handy at the centre bounces again. When he played against West coast in Round 5, he was killed in the ruck. We should do well tomorrow, but remember how bad we have played at Telstra with the roof shut recently. Lost to Dogs, Swans by over 100 last year and to Cats by over 150 this year

That didnt stop brown last week ;) he didnt get much, but his first 15 minutes created the win.

Im picking a 26 point win (quote me on this, best rates around) With richo kicking 3 goals 3, brown kicking 4 goals 2 and pettifer kicking 4 goals 3. ;)

Edit: Simmonds winning any kind of center bounce will win it for us.

off the topic of aunties with balls, i was surprised to see Brown in FF. As many would know he usually plays around the forward flank and i think he is now fit enough to get some leading runs and hopefully some uncontested marks in front of goal. My prediction: Brown will kick 6 goals easy.

Will you have enough guts to come back here if we do beat you?

What are the odds you'll go into hiding and never be seen again?

I'll come back. Because the only way we will lose is if we play like we did against the Kangaroos which I don't think we will do. We will murder you in the midfield and thats where it will be won.

you will not have the pace to run with us.
see you sunday with your pants down around your ankles

We have the Class.

Hayes, Ball, Dal Santo, Harvey, Montagna vs Foley,Tuck, Deledio, ?, and ?

We beat you by 101 last time and expect another loss

back then you looked a good football team maybe even top 4+
now you look bottom 4

I used to go to school with dal santo, he likes it up the rump.

Johnson will tag the balls off harvery, deledio and foley will have way to much speed for the rest of the midfield, and with big simmonds back actually allowing us to win a few center hit outs, i think the st kilda midfield has not go much. The tigers team has changed quite the bit since the 101 point loss, Its silly to compare tonights game to that game.

when was the last time we did beat the saints.. i honestly can't remember. they have had it over us for quite some time now..

Have you noticed our form the past 5 games??

Tigers (total losing margin of 38pts)

Saints (toatl losing margin of 164pts.)

I appreicate it sounds funny cause we are the bottom side, but we are the form side for the game.

This thread seems a bit quiet. You realised Montagana's talent, so you stuck Jackson on him who has done some good tagging roles recently, but Montagna still got 35 touches and you let Harvey run loose.

All i can say is good luck in 3 years time ;) You better hope that your window doesent close before you lose Gherig and harvey, because without them you guys are in shambles.

I do appreciate Montags game, he played well and deserved a much better tagger than johnson. I would have loved to see foley on montags for the night, it would have made tags a lot less of a target.

but sour grapes or not, st kilda have to do something very soon cause i have a feeling without the backbones that team is in a lot of trouble

Firstly Johnson was on Dal Santo, Jackson on Montagna and Tuck on Hayes your midfield are taggers except Foley so I don't see your bright future. Gehrig no big loss, stick Kosi down there and we know what he is capable of after last weeks first half against the eagles. Harvey is a massive loss but besides him we have a young team. Hayes,Dal Santo, Ball and Montagna in the midfield. Gram, Fishers, Maguire and Goddard down back and Riewoldt and Kosi up forward. Look out!

Hehe...yeah, then all you have to do is get them on the park at the same time and playing with something resembling desire.

Your premiership window is gone and it isn't coming back for quite a while.
