looks like Simmonds will agree to stay with a new 1 year deal over the 2 years on the table from other clubs and if Pattison does not get traded tomorrow then he could be delisted.

If that did occur, both 1st round picks that Richmond received for Brad Ottens would both be off Richmond's list now.
