I couldn't believe on Saturday a security guard came up to me several times and said that i couldn't stand up and wave my flag when we kicked a goal. I should sit down and wave it. WTF.

I was sitting behind that area, he's not lying. That security guard was a campaigner.

Sometimes I get up and stand at the back of the seating area to stretch my legs for a few minutes I usually get one of them telling me to move along.. Just ignore them.

I sit in the ablett terrace usually and a bloke a few rows back has been told he cant stand up and wave his flag but allows opposition to wave their flags,says what rule is this that says he cant wave his flag wtf is the world coming too we were at the vfl night final and couldn,t go into the reg hickey stand to shelter from the rain a security guards moved us on and he copped a right mouthful,seriously when you question them they ignore you!! WTF

Years ago at a game in Adelaide, the security guards wouldn't let the cheer squad wave their floggers over the fence because it obstructed the fence advertising.
So now you are not even allowed to stand up after a goal has been scored, how stupid.
