That is easily the biggest write up I've seen for a 200 game article. I think I'm with most Bombers who still have a soft spot for him. Reading what he did for Rama makes me like the bloke even more. Think there is any chance they might make an exception and make him a life member anyway? They should as deep down he'll always bleed red and black.

Obviously a quality bloke off the field so it's disappointing that he hasn't been able to control his aggression on the field and has done some pretty stupid and pretty awful things (Ling) which have tarnished an otherwise very solid career.

how good was it seeing all the old footage early in his career around the 2000 flag, bring back all those memories. i think we all forget how good he really was, his form has dropped off heaps in the last few years, but he was a star early in his career. congrats solly
