about the ego's of our small fowards. Seriously they do this year in year out and nothing gets done about it. Its the whole "look at me look at me", its ok when they kick goals but too often the case is that only one of them fires and the other 3 or 4 just decide to become the highlight real. I mean we got away with davis last week, not so this.

I say drop him, who cares if we are under strengths, they need to understand its not about them, its not about kicking goal of the year.

And for god sake screw tactics and advanced training... SOMEONE! teach them how to kick because the display tonight was SUB VFL standard, it could well be Sub under 10's level.

SOMEONE do something about Mick and hes stubborn tactics, unwillingness to drop POOR players, I dont care if they can play both end, Just make sure they CAN play in general first! A spud playing at either end is still a spud!

F... The fitness staff how can they justify not practising goal kicking when we kick like that!!!

I haven't been this disappointed by us in a long time. Last week was bad, but we knew we were flat, and we still won. This week we had everything go right for us, our intensity was there and we were up and about... but we end up getting smashed on the scoreboard [in context of the low-scoring]. I know I said it in the other thread, but we are not good enough, and we need to stop kidding ourselves by thinking otherwise.

Totally agree about our small forwards, they were absolutely woeful. Didak was okay up the ground, the rest were abysmal. Bring back Brad Dick ASAP.

I voiced my concern a few seasons back when leon and co started getting really big heads. I got mauled last week when i suggested we drop him, I seriously think the time is now! give him a nice big kick up the backside.

oh and why oh why did we not play dawes, we dropped jack because he was getting ahead of himself, what about the other half a dozen. See at least dasiy chased and tackled wth did leroy do, what about the skunk. DEAR god that was poor!

Don't bash on Brown, he chased, he's triple the size of all the small forwards and he chased three times harder than them. May have given away free kicks, but at least he has a flipping crack.

Looking at our draw at the start of the year, many wouldn't have been surprised to see us be 1-2

we're 2-1. The way we've gotten their is less than ideal but its round 3 and not all is lost.

But if we're to be serious about ourselves. Some massive things need to be changed/

- How we do have a forward line that is less productive and efficient then Carlton FFS. Figure out a structure, we're lost up there. Granted its tough to score against the saints but that is woeful.

- Jolly and Ball. You guys aren't youngsters. You're supposed to be elite players at your position. Start acting like them.

- Didak, Davis, Medhurst. gee when they're on its a beautiful thing to watch. But far too inconsistent.. when was the last time these players were all on in the same game?
