Can someone explain how this works? There's like a theme, and you nominate songs in that theme, and then vote on it or something? The OP left me confused, because I am not a smart man.

Someone hosts a round and elects a theme. Everyone who wishes to participate PMs a YouTube video of a (sometimes) suitable (sometimes) musical number to the host. After some undecided amount of time has passed the host releases the nominations and a playlist is provided. Everyone listens to the playlist (mostly) privately and then PMs the host their 5-4-3-2-1 votes as to which tune has added the greatest value to your life or whatever - additionally you submit a Billy Madison vote for the worst of the lot. After another undecided amount of time the host will tally these votes and release them in readily-consumable and standardised fashion. After some routine fanfare, whoever has the most votes becomes the new host should they wish. Whoever has accrued the most BM votes has to either wear a truly embarrassing avatar until the next round of results comes by, or they can just do as these please totally uninhibited by anyone in any manner!
