I think they want Oliver gone, and they’re making him an enticing prospect for rivals to bid on by offering to pay his salary.

I think the talk of making him play in the magoos is more of a way to convince him to go, than it is to drive his price up.

Agree 100%. It’s a fire sale - they want him gone. The worst case scenario for Dees now is Oliver staying and playing VFL whilst seemingly being a disruptive influence on 1.4m per year.

The games up for the Dees. Second rounder at most for Oliver now even with them paying 3.5m. They want him GONE

It was an awesome day here on the goldy today..
yesterday was the crap one.. overcast, muggy with a strong northerly that makes the beach and the waves crap..

I was on the look out for Trac and his wife.. I drove past Carrara stadium a few times today for work.. got a big construction job on the go around there..

I was gonna yell out the ute window that
“the goldy doesnt want you and your shit instagram foodie garbage ya flog… and we certainly dont need anymore blood sucking lawyers up here either Bella”

I would think that offer would cost a 1st rounder. If a club offered a 2nd then Dees would pay half that, etc etc.
