Speed problems

Well i have found this site with all live stream English premier league matches on it and when i got to watch it there is so much buffering it is totally unwatchable and very annoying. What can i do to help this so i can just watch a free flow game. Do i have to get a higher broadband option?( i am currently on 512k) or is it my laptop because it is getting old.

Probably need 1.5mb connection to run that smoothly. I use my 1.5mb connection to watch the aussies in india

so when you watch the cricket in india does it run smoothly right through until you stop watching it or does it still have a bit of buffering problems.
