When a girl is that drunk that she can barely walk unaided, and she's gone home with a guy she barely knows, then what the law says is completely irrelevant. What happens then is not decided by the letter of the law. It's decided by the person/people she's with.

Tell me honestly, would you be happy if you found your daughter had a habit of going out and getting shitfaced, meeting a guy she's never met before, going back to his place and saying, "No, I don't wonna have sex".
