The split round is really a miniature pre-season for the us.....
Every one seems to be aimlessly navel gazing and rehashing.
What is the point of "mid-season list decisions" when you can't make "mid-season delistings". Is there a mid season draft I have never heard of?
All de-listing will more than likely be made after an appraisal of players performances "after" the split round rather than before so why even bother.
There is a lot of footy to play between now and when the club makes any decisions re: delisting any player.
The only good thing about the split round is, we can't lose this week, otherwise it is just an unwanted interruption....why do we have again?
