ha, gotcha! - this post is not about us probably winning this year's wooden spoon!

a mate of mine's sister (not, it's not a rumour!) has this little baby in her collection of memorabelia

If anyone can identify anything about the year / era when it would have been made, or even better, what the 2/27 on the top of the spoon represents, it'd be much appreciated!

um, this is a fairly old tea spoon, it comes from a limited edition release and i'm trying to find out when the spoon was sold??
