Yeah yeah yeah, very funny !! Just bring it on $hitheads, we have long memories and you will duly be given you right whack in the not too distant future. I'd suggest you get in now whilst you can coz you won't get another opportunity like this in your lifetime !!

I think it is just begging for trouble to bring these spoons, I guarantee that if anyone waves anything in my face like a spoon at the game, I'll be waving a very fast moving fist into theirs.

I wonder if Deej is either -
Just signing himself out of hospital, just signing himself out of custody or speaking to Don King about a 10 fight deal in Vegas.

Because there seemed to be a helluva lot of spoons being waved around to me, I guarantee it.

There will be 80000 people at the Ess v Car game R22.

This game could create a dilemma for Collingwood fans.

What if Essendon needed to win to make the eight and Carlton needed to win to get off the bottom - who do we barrack for?

Personally I would prefer Carlton to keep the wooden spoon.

Carlton's effort last night was disgraceful... they appeared to be playing knowing that they're going to finish last and boy didn't it show!!

Go Cats!!

Instead of bombarding Optus Oval with wooden spoons this week someone could arrange for that Richmond fan to dump a truck load of sheep hearts out the front, in memory of the insipid performance tonight from the Carlton side.

Send some of the sheep hearts down to Geelong too I think.

Oh I am loving this quote! Care to expand Rohan? Who is the scum to which you refer? Carlton fans in general?

Am I scum Rohan? Make sure you answer the question instead of avoiding it as usual. Am I scum and if so why am I?

Wait until Round 22 ...

i can feel a 1 Pointer coming on.

Ins: Whitnall, Ratten, Hulme
Out: Hotten, Cranage, Eccles

Good Night Bombers.!

As long as the Pies and Bombers don't win the flag the who really give two F**ks...., cause in the wash up thats what it's alll about. 2002 will enhase our future prospects alot more than it will for the Dons or Pies!

Blues will be back in next 1-2 years just like the pies after their 111 defeat in 2000 against the blues.

I watched last nights game and was actusally happy afterwards, knowing that our young defence stood up really well, all things considered.
We mathced the paies in the first half but were cut down by a very defencive game plan that would never allow us to win.

In the end we were just over powered, and totally undermannned. realistically who else could you ad to the pise team to make them better?

Blues had, Allan, Ratten, Hulme, Koutoufides, Davies, Sporn, Campbell, and Big Red Lance Whitnall out of Friday's nights team which would have played if availble.

Every team has the hard times, and I for one is enjoying how the champs or tommorow are coping in thar toughest conditions possible.
Holds them in good stead for the future, as it did the pies a couple year ago and the Lions 3 years back.

Every year there is a team that falls from grace and a team that steps up. This year Carlton fell and Collingwood have stepped up. Next year will be someone different. It is what Carlton does about about their demise that counts. We fell from grace a few years back and took a different tac and are now starting to reap the benefits. One thing you have to do Carlton is get rid of Elliot. He is dragging you down so bad and his ideas on re-building etc are shocking and thoughtless to the future of Carlton football club. He is embarassing as a spokesperson for your club to listen to.

The point is - WE have long memories. You can say all you like about us uneducated, paroled Collingwood ferals, but we have enough braincells to remember a lifetime of Carlton "attitude". You can say all you like about revenge but if you fail to realise WHY people brings spoons to Carlton matches now I doubt you have the nouse to cause much grief if and when the roles are reversed again.

GO PIES!!!!!

Actually I can think of a few teams I'd rather not be playing instead of Essendon come finals. This feeling could change quite quickly in a couple of weeks tho (hopefully not).

I agree with you and applaud you for being fair minded.

Look, every year, supporters of wooden spoon winning clubs gets bagged by opposition supporters, so you Carlton people shouldn't take it too much into heart, especially coming from one of your greatests rivals.

Also, I believe that if your club performs below par to whatever that was expected of them - no matter if it's finishing last or finishing fifth for a team expected to win the flag - there's bound to be a lot of criticism and soul searching to be done. I'm sure clubs such as Carlton and Richmond will do plenty of that over the preseason.

Anyway, if you perform well next season, who knows, I could be waiting just around the corner ;)
