State trustees

Anyone had the pleasure of deeling with the state trustees in Melbourne.If so you would no doubt be over the moon with their prompt service and efficient handling of claims.
I have use next months sarcasm allowance already better stop here.

I dealt with them between 1991 and 1993, relating a small trust fund set up for me as compensation for a car accident when I was 6.

The fund was released to me in full on my 18th birthday (in 1993), however I asked for some of the funds before my 18th birthday to help cover genuine cases of hardship, and on one occasion, school fees.

Both in requesting special consideration, and in getting the funds released on my 18th birthday, they WERE actually prompt, polite and helpful.

I will not accept people talking badly about one of my former employers. It might be a few years ago since I worked there but I still know a few people there and have drinks with them regularly.

Sorry slax but four months to process a claim... continued non return of calls and incorrect information given out. Obviously things have gone down hill since you left. Thankfully there is the Ombudsmans office to turn to.I was curious to see if i was robison curosoe in this instance.
