Whoever this person might be, what is the one thing you would like to hear him (we ready for a her? I am) say about the team - not the club, the team. Here's mine:

I have a very clear idea about what a premiership winning style of football is and exactly the type of players that are requisite to achieving that. I bring very clear standards with me and from the captain down, these will be adhered to with a focus on players making each other accountable. From here on, only one thing matters; developing a premiership winning style of play and building a list to best execute that style. The entire football department is aligned with my agenda and with SOS and (new recruitment manager) on board, I'm confident in our ability to assemble the type of list we're aiming for sooner rather than later.

We are going to run a series of tests to see who gets a new contract and who is looking for a new home.

Test 1 - run the tan with Craig Bradley. If you get beaten by more than 20% of his time, you're off the list.
Test 2 - kick the ball at a target further than Diesel can handpass. If you miss the target by more than 2 meters, off the list.
Test 3 - handball at Harry Madden running past. If the handball goes behind him or is too low for him to catch, off the list.
Test 4 - tackle Ryan Houlihan, if you cannot bring him down, off the list.
Test 5 - goal kicking with Earl Spalding, 10 shots. Miss more than him ..... you get the drift.

Draw the team logo from memory and name 3 other players who have worn your jumper in a premiership or for 200+ games. Get it wrong, you can GAGF.

Would like for the club to try and go after assistant coaches that were players at clubs who had successfull eras ie Geelong or Brisbane.. They obviously witnessed first hand what it takes to win premierships and might be able to instill it into our boys
