Wonder if the Spurs now regret not handing over the benjamins to this bloke, instead giving them to the now sacked Ron Mercer.

Since the start of February, Jackson has averaged nearly 23ppg, and is averaging about 17ppg on the season.

Him leaving gave Manu more opportunities, but i'd think the Spurs would love to have such a scorer for the run home, especially with Duncan really struggling to get fit.

yes we miss him,although i didnt think we would.when he gets hot he is hot.can be very streaky but then pop would just put him on the bench and give gino a spell.

would of been handy in the play-offs,but im predicting horry is going to be used a lot more when the real stuff arrives.pop has kept him in cotton wool all season and is only now giving him extended spells.

Dallas are getting embarrassed at the moment. Im sure they will turn it around in the 2nd half though. Sacs are also losing to Washington. When are Sacs going to learn how to stop a PF. Kwame is killing them!

San Antonio offered Jackson more money and years than Atlanda, but he thought he was deserving of more... which led the Spurs to go for Mercer. At that point, there was not much free agency money going around, and he took what he could from the Hawks.

Other than that, you'd think there was a trade embargo on Memphis gear.

The prices aren't bad on NBA.com, just can't justify the shipping costs. $45US is ludicrous.

I can get clothes,DVD's etc. sent from the states, by courier, for about $10US.

SJacks manager mucked him around, pumped him up more than he should which forced the Spurs to look elsewhere. I'm stoked with Hedo, and I have heard whispers that we looked at Jackson before the trade deadline and will do so again in free-agency.

I think the Spurs miss him, more than they thought they would but Turkoglu has done a nice job in covering for him. The Spurs with a fit Duncan will still be tough to beat come playoff time, but as a team, they must improve from the line!

He turned down a 10 mil/4 yr offer from san antonio and eventually signed a 2 mil/2 yr deal with atlanta.

I think hes making under 1 mil this year but will opt out.

I still doubt he gets the MLE from anyone.
