Hi guys, can someone provide me with a bit of an update on Steven Armstrong, l know he was injured during the pre-season and was playing some magoo games, is he still in the magoos or has he injured himself again? How far away from a senior recall do you think he is?

Thanks in advance

Wrath

giving new gun recruit mclean would be a better option i think

also ward and TJ are too come back and its hard to kick out anyone from out succesful team vs port except maybe broadbridge but he did make the most of his 5 possies in the last qtr

Thanks for your feedback guys, l noticed he was picked in the side this week, nice surprise for the kid.

Good luck with your game this week.

Cheers Wrath

probably picked for his experience

when i say experience i mean he has some compared to bell or mclean who would be making their debut

yes he does have to put in the effort

at the start of the year i probably rated him as about the same as thompson but thommo has had a very good start to 04 and is clearly ahead now

Great to see him back - I rate him very highly.

I just hope ND gives him a chance tomorrow. If he gets a full game (which he probably won't knowing Danners)... watch him rack up 20-25 touches.

he had a very poor wizard cup...

but has done well from all reports at sandy. and im glad hes been given a shot this week... hopefully he'll spend the next 18 weeks in the 22!!

About right Martin, he was ok but has room for improvement. Nice goal, good finish & more importantly he could not have been positioned better to recieve that ball, talk about front & square.

On the other hand he got in Neeta's way a bit too, he was a new man in a well drilled forward line I suppose & wasn't as sure of his role. He will learn from that & should be able to keep his place as long as his work rate keeps up.
