The fact he is a Richmond person certainly helps but from the outside looking in it appears he has really turned the club around off the field. Not to say Gary March and the other board members are not doing there job but ever since he stepped into the role we have taken giant strides in alot of areas.

I reckon it is great that Wright can do his job without looking to pump up his ego, unlike some other CEO's (Swan, Aylett to name a couple)

Agree. It's great to read such positive stuff in the off season. This guy and March are truly earning their paychecks. Now i just need to read about a few pre season cherry ripes, training the house down and best pre season ever's and in ready to go for 2008.
