Two things, firstly Mou will play youngsters if they have already proved themselves (he just doesn't have a good record giving youngsters that initial first chance). Secondly, by all accounts to get the job there has been some guarantees he has had to sign up to that keep with Uniteds traditions - and giving youth a chance is one of those.

Why would ter Stegen move from sitting on the bench at Barcelona to sitting on the bench at City? Neither ter stegen or Hart would want to be 2nd choice.

He'd want to go to a club where he'd be the starting number 1.
