Its been hard for us fo compete on a budget.

In all seriousness you hear a lot of talk about big money flops, but looking at that list theres a lot of huge expenses, but still value for money signings. And not too many outright flops.

For us Robinho was probably the biggest flop, Grealish maybe not value for money but played a huge role in a trebke season. Aguero and KDB bargains.

I bet ifnyou asked the average football supporter in England they'd be surprised to see us on that list only a few times.

Stan Collymore was the one that surprised me. I had forgotten how expensive he was at the time. He and Fowler had a great partnership for about 5 seconds (on and off the field :moustache:) before Owen came in.

Ravanelli another iconic striker from the 90s.
