It was just a culture shift, Dew wanted to implement a better culture. Getting players like Jordan Murdoch, George Horlin-Smith and Anthony Miles who where at successful clubs coming up and showing us how it's done really worked. It also helped getting Sam Collins and drafting Charlie Ballard and Wil Powell who seem to just love the club. It’s a different group to what we had pre-Dew.
Culture seems strong, blokes like Fiorini sexton Macpherson want to stay even though they are getting f around.
The boys even got round Brodie this year. No d*ckhead policy is definitely a thing
After the North game it was really nice seeing a lot of the players go to Hugh Greenwood and say hi, also Caleb Graham having a chat to Bailey Scott.
