what superstitions do you live by?

Mine would be when i got to the footy I always wear the same thing.

When I drive by cemeteries and my window is down. I put the opposite window down so the spirit can go stright through the car and out the window.

I always make the sign of the cross when i pass a cemetary or a funeral car.

My superstition is that I never leave a massive gap between sentences, for fear of harsh criticism.

I always watch keno to see if my lucky numbers come up.
They never do. Lucky I never buy a ticket!

Also, even though I'm 'not religious', I still say my prayers at before I go to sleep. Part of my relaxation ritual. I believe in karma as well. Sometimes instant karma.

I'm very superstitious coming from an Irish background. I do the usual; not walking under ladders, throwing salt over my shoulder if I knock the shaker over, I don't open umbrella's inside.. etc etc

I also have a thing about power points, I hate having them on if nothing is plugged into them. I've been known to turn them off in classrooms, here at work and at other people's houses. That's more obsessive compulsive though.....
