Yeah, had three options but opted to handball it to the debutant. Great play and great to see no selfishness from the Collingwood players. Was great to see the debutant kick a goal. Swan definitely did the right thing.

But in that youtube video, the fact that in his first game he decides to take on that Essendon player says a lot about his character. Love it.

I've always thought the Pies as a group, go out of their way to give a new boy a taste of the goals whenever the opportunity presents.

Anyway it's a big bandwagon

He looked very lively and I was impressed with his overhead ability. Seems like he has some sticky fingers. However, we didn't really get to see or test his kicking, yet. In the NAB Cup I must say it was very ordinary.

I still have my doubts but time will tell.

I too was thinking "give it to Clokey" or "drill it yourself because you deserve this" but in the end it was a feel good situation and a great gesture from Swanny.
