The Alexandria Hotel (which isn't that far away in Sydney terms) looks like it is showing the game:

There may be venues closer to you, but at least that is a start. Bear in mind that finding venues showing AFL isn't necessarily an easy process in Sydney.

I live in the west, so I am not an expert on the inner city. 
But the Alexandria Hotel is probably the best option now that Club Swans is no longer (at least I think it is no longer).
You could try the Newtown pub, but the distance from where you are to Newtown compared to Marrickville is pretty much the same I would imagine.

Anyone in Sydney looking for a place to watch AFL can do a lot worse than the Alexandria.
Beer ain't cheap ($5 a schooie, although you can get pints so you don't have to get up during a quarter) but there are different areas where they dedicate whatever games are being played and turn up the sound. Had a great night with a bunch of other Carlton supporters - a couple looked like they could have been Megan Gale's mates...
