Not for mine, mate.

He played a grand total of three matches in his Freo career and was delisted and re-rookied after one season. Club must be confident it can trade for, draft or sign someone else who'll be better in the role. Wish him the best. Maybe he could find a home at another AFL club the way Sam Menegola has, with Geelong. Maybe it's a precursor to delisting Mora and not being willing to take a chance on such an oft-injured player. But I wouldn't mind Mora sticking around as he has sorely needed skills out of the backline — composure, good ball use and good decision making.

Morabito does not have any of the skills described here. He is a bull with a powerful long kick but his ball use and decision making are far from elite. Can't see him sticking around either unfortunately

Dissapointed in this, really thought he had showed something in his games. His injury cost him.

His disposal since returning from his latest injury has been very good. He can have the odd brain fade, but who can't.

Shame for the bloke, thought he had the potential in becoming the next Kepler. Seemed to make the forward line look much better when he played this year, his injury really robbed him of the chance to prove himself... Hope he gets picked up elsewhere

You idiot! There is only one Kepler Bradley.

(no one else said it)

Well that confirms that the 2012 draft was a bust for us.

17 - Josh Simpson
36 - Tanner Smith
39 - Max Duffy
8PSD - Jack Hannath
25RD - Alex Howson
46RD - Craig Moller

The only one who'll be left will be Tabs (11th pick in the rookie draft).

If that trend continues recruiting staff should be gone sky

Have I missed something? Didn't he get games this year because we were short of talls? And now Pav's retired. I'm a little surprised at the confidence of our list managers: they must be sure that there's a couple of Wayne Carey/Luke McFarlin types in this draft at our picks...

Either that or they've got Hogan.

Except for Gleeson and Grundy... not much in that draft after our picks.
Correct - was one of the weaker drafts. We should really have traded that year.

Pre-2012 draft there was talk of Freo being interested in Nathan Hrovat (pick 21 Western Bulldogs) but Josh Simpson slid and we snapped him up at 17. With our second pick we missed out on Mason Shaw (who was delisted by Port without playing a game and now some are saying we should draft him) and selected Tanner Smith.

The other one who was rated highly before the draft but slid down the order was Mason Wood (pick 41 North Melb). I could never understand the selection of Max Duffy, esp. ahead of someone like Mason Wood.

Well, can't say we didn't see it coming. Lots to like, but injury prone and never really settled. The fact that he is a genuine tall and looked OK in the couple of chances he got this year meant there was some doubt - with our lack of talls, he must have been a chance to stay for another year or so.

I liked his style and as StingBitten posted above, he made our fwd line look better with him in it and he did similar for Peel. I'm stoked he got to kick a couple of goals at AFL level. Not too many who can say they got to do that. Good luck to him, seems like a good one.

Think his last injury-torn hamstring tendon- is the 12-24 week injury??? Made it difficult to keep him if that was the case.

I know this is big footy but at the time the media were saying 2012 was a very strong draft, and that RTB want X factor so Duffy and Simpson got the nod, it's still a lot guess work getting the right players.

Should have taken Membrey instead of Duffy. Duffy was erratic when they drafted him and nothing changed.
