Whilst watching the Hawks get obliterated by Lol Norf I noticed the Hawks cheer squad bay was half empty and they have placed Brown and Yellow tarps on the seats to give the illusion of having fans.

This club are frauds, they had pet memberships to boost their fake member count. Then they introduced fake family membership numbers where you can register kids that don’t exist and get a free membership.

Their membership numbers are fake news. I’d say they have about 40,000 real members, not the false numbers they report.

It's a problem all over the AFLM.

My dad went to an AFLM game recently. He's from the football culture over in Europe, and his quote to me about AFLM fan culture was "They all just kind of stroll in there, like sheep". He was referring to the lack of atmosphere and emotion in the AFLM. It is a part of the game which has been lost I guess.

Only in AFLX is there really fan culture, as we saw when the AFL was forced to segregate fans by club, due to all the fanaticism.
