Taylor walker

Crap article, purely speculative.

Tex is going nowhere. Other clubs can show as much interest as they like!!

If the club actually tradee Walker, I am handing in my season ticket

He is untouchable and Craig needs to wake the hell up and start showing some faith and confidence in this guy instead of playing Burton (who again offered nothing in a final) and stop trying to force Walker into becoming a robot and let him have his natural flair which all key forwards have.

Considering he just signed a new deal in June, he won't be going anywhere

Pies and Dons can want him all they like, but they can't have him.

He'll play 22 games next year injury permitting, just like Tippett from 08 and 09

With Burton on his last legs, walker will be an important player for us next year. However, lets not get complacent with this "he supports the Crows so isn't going anywhere" rubbish. If we dont play him and pay him, there wil be planty of clubs knocking down his door.

Whoever wrote that article should be sacked for having no ****ing idea.

He will not miss another game for the crows due to form from now on.

He'll work his ass off this pre season, and as always, do what he is asked to improse.

You'll see a bigger, stronger, faster Tex next year.

in answer to the OP, my thoughts are I'm not surprised. Essendon are on the verge of losing Lloyd after losing Lucas and their only two young KPP's both look better suited for the backlines, Collingwood have a had a makeshift forwardline since Tarrant and Rocca fell by the wayside and need a young forward to help out, something Rusling will never be. I can guarantee you, Western Bulldogs, Richmond, Sydney and a number of others would be as well.

We won't trade him,if any club knows that forwards don't grow on trees it's the AFC.

I'd take Cooney above Griffen and Griff's form has been well... odd all year. I'd rather a 19yo forward than a 23yo midfielder coming into all the GC/WS concession picks. We have the SANFL to take runners from if need be, Brodie Martin is a good example of finding capabale running type players that are overlooked by other clubs.

Crows are REALLY INTO Gary Ablett Jnr, Jimmy Bartel, Dean Cox, Nick Voldt...QUICK WRITE AN ARTICLE ABOUT IT

Apparently because he was dropped the Crows no longer want him?

If the Crows trade Taylor Walker and we lose Kurt Tippett, I will hand my season ticket back and tell the club where to go!

If dogs want him give us Cooney please. If Collingwood want him give us your first rounder + Beams. If Essendon want him give us Paddy Ryder. In other words- NO CHANCE.

Honestly it was a pathetic article...

Not only would you guys be mad to trade him - (for anything really); KPPs are one area which the Bombers have talent and depth.

I found it interesting that the "journo" wrote that
"...under trade week rules, clubs do not need a player's consent to swap him for another player or draft pick."
I was under the impression if a player was contracted he needed to agree to a trade.

An utterly stupid article. Tex has been a mad Crows fan all his life and is likely to play all 22 games in the '10 season, providing he's without injury.

He'd be an untouchable methinks.
