Team logos

I am unsure who did the logos in the past but I was wondering if they or someone else out there would be able to do some logos for the 2007 season, most I assume are happy with their current logos but the Crocs and QLD will need their cups added and a couple of teams have changed names plus the 2 new teams.

If someone could please help out here it would be greatly appreciated and maybe a couple of bonus points for your trouble
