Headland has proved to be a fair target up forward in his last two outings. Assuming Bradley is playing you would think he would spend time playing forward. Don't laugh. Could be worse. eg Murphy/Campbell.

Fair dinkum, that is officially the worst forward setup I have ever seen the club play...

If we kick 4 goals for the game I'll be amazed...

The forward line they named isn't great, but I think we have the makings of a forward line in our team this week.

hf: Foster, Bradley, Thornton
f: Ballantyne, Headland, Mundy

Honestly, I don't think that is too bad. I don't like Bradley inside the forward 50, I just don't think he provides a good enough leading target. But I think he could make CHF his own, it would also give him a chance to run further up the ground.

Thornton has been good up forward, and usually does a pretty good defensive job. While also chipping in with a goal or two a game.

Headland is probably our best lead up player and could definitely prove to be a handful out of the goal square. While I'm a fan of Mundy up forward, and he is very strong above his head.

Throw in Sandilands who will probably spend a fair amount of time up forward, and hopefully Clarke can provide a target up there too.

Unfortunately though, I think it's more likely that McPharlin will play up forward and will probably put in another lackluster performance. I just hope they play in him defence, where he belongs...

I expect Ballantyne to improve a fair bit in this game. Its at Subi, hes had a taste of the big time last week so he should be a little more relaxed this time around, plus the Blues defence is a little shoddy. Last week he was a nervous wreck, but hopefully he understands what he needs to do a bit better.

Just heard on radio from one of the assistant coaches (didn't pay attention to which one) and he said that Grover performed very well in a fitness test this morning and will definitely play

... nothing revolutionary there, but for those who might be wondering.
