I think this is how we might lineup against the Power on Sunday.
B: King Thursfield Newman
HB: Raines Polak J.Bowden
C: Tivendale Johnson Jackson
HF: Pettifer Hughes Edwards
F: Brown Richo Schulz
R: Pattison Tuck Foley
Inter from: Simmonds Tambling Meyer McGuane Howat Hyde Hartigan
I think the 3 highlighted players will come into the squad as Wallace looks to give them a bit of game time towards the end of the year. From all reports, Meyer has been good at Coburg in recent weeks in terms of his defensive pressure and ability to play a run with role and restrict his opponents influence on games, perhaps TW is looking at making Meyer another tagger. Hughes had a good game last week against Willy and we are in desperate need of a lead up type and I think that Hughes could fill that role for the remainder of the year. I think McGuane deserves another chance at senior level has been playing good footy at Coburg over the last few weeks and gives us another option down back playing against Port who have multiple options in their forward line.
Tactically I think that Wallace will look at repeating the Johnson tag on Burgoyne and I can see Jakson being given the role of running with Chad Cornes to try and limit his influence on the game.
