Nice start! there's a few things I'd change personally (I'm not a pants tucked in kinda guy) but overall it is looking good. Not sure what you mean by removing the lines on the pants, I'm happy to have a look at it if you send me the file. I can also show you how I set up the shadows and stitching if you'd like but it's pretty similar to this tutorial:

I guess I can see that, but it would be far down my list of priorities for the template. atlaser, look at some other successful flat templates on here I'll link to a couple I like just so you can see what is possible with one, if I were you, I'd be looking at creating a distinctive shape (looks a bit too much like mero's template at the moment and so it lacks some individuality) and give it some stitching!
Looks good. As for resolution+file size, as it's a nice flat template, I'd be exporting it as a PNG for a smaller file size and sharper quality. I recommend saving this in case you don't know which file type to use.
