Not that Rich is a bad player or that this will be his last game but he has reached his peak already, he will be an AFL player, maybe for years to come, but players of the likes of Hill, Naitinui & Watts will go way past him.

Had Michael Voss reached his peak at 18? Voss was rated one of the best under 18 footballers in the country, was rated clearly the best in QLD, when he was 17 years old, then he went to the Lions. He certainly didn't moribund in his 20's.
