This is just a bad match up for Minny.

To beat OKC, you need multiple gun one-on-one offensive players, and the Wolves don't have that. They've got a lot, but they don't have that. They'd have been a much better matchup for Denver, yet Denver is a much tougher match up for OKC.

Actually thought Minny played pretty well for 3/4 of that game, especially offensively, but Gobert and Conley are just offensive non-entities. Throw in Randle having a stinker and there's no way to score enough points to beat the Thunder.

They'll probably win at least one of the home games, but asking them to execute perfectly offensively four games out of seven is a bridge too far.

They're like a different, probably better version of the early 90s Sonics, ironically. The turnovers they generate mean they run up a margin on you more often, and more quickly, than any team in the league.

And like the 90s Sonics, the potential Achilles heel is late game execution in the half court if it's close. However since it's rarely close, and since they've got SGA, it's less an Achilles heel than maybe the one stat that's not maxed out to 99.
